Work kept me busy and parenthood brought many joys and challenges, but for many years severe anxiety compromised and shaped my daily life. I tried various treatments, none of which had a deep and lasting effect. Then I attended an 8-week Mindfulness Meditation course, and my life changed significantly for the better. Since then, I have wanted to help others in similar pain.
Over the last five years, I have striven to increase my knowledge and experience of living a spiritual life. Inspired by my new approach to life and my desire to help people, I decided to train as a Massage Therapist and a Meditation Teacher.
My qualifications include:
City and Guilds Diploma in Body Massage.
Living in the Light Certified Meditation Teacher Training.
